3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
Raleigh Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither this site nor results returned by a linked search tool are consumer reports.
